TrueNorth Heating & Cooling began in 2008 with a single service van and a frustration our founder kept hearing from friends and neighbors: HVAC companies that pushed oversized systems and padded invoices. The fix was simple — quote honestly, repair what's actually broken, and treat every home like family lives there. That rule hasn't changed.
Today we're still family-owned and still based on Nicollet Ave, with a team of NATE-certified technicians who know how a Minneapolis home behaves at 20 below and how a west-metro new build handles August humidity. We answer our own phones, we show up when we say we will, and when the furnace dies at 2am, we're the ones on your porch.
